For Buyers:

Intent to Buy: Only commit to purchasing if you intend to follow through. Changing your mind after a purchase is not allowed, except under rare circumstances which can be addressed through the dispute resolution process.

Ask Questions: If you’re unsure about an item, ask the seller for more information before buying. Avoid making assumptions that could lead to disappointment.
2. Respectful Communication

Be Polite: Treat all users with respect in your messages. Whether you're negotiating a sale or asking questions, keep your tone friendly and professional. Harassment, abusive language, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated.

Timely Responses: Respond to enquiries, offers, or questions from other users as quickly as possible. A smooth, efficient communication process creates a better experience for everyone.
3. Follow Our Safety and Privacy Rules

No Personal Info Sharing: Never ask for or share personal details such as home addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses. Our platform is designed to protect your privacy by keeping all communication and transactions secure.

Use Built-in Shipping Options: You are only allowed to use our trusted shipping methods for transactions in our marketplace. Our marketplace is designed to avoid meeting buyers or sellers in person.
4. Sell Approved Items Only

Allowed Items: You are free to sell a wide range of second hand items, including clothing, electronics, books, home goods, and more. Make sure your items are clean, functional, and compliant with our marketplace policies.

5. Ensure Secure Transactions

Payment Protection: You are only allowed to use our platform’s secure payment system for transactions in our marketplace. This ensures both buyers and sellers are protected. Our marketplace is designed to avoid payments outside of our platform.

Ship Responsibly: If you are a seller, pack items carefully with sufficient materials and ensure the shipping label is attached to the package for the courier. For buyers, make sure to track your shipment and report any issues promptly.
6. Act Responsibly During Disputes

Dispute Resolution: If an issue arises (e.g., a buyer claims an item wasn’t received or wasn’t as described), remain calm and use our platform’s dispute resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved between the buyer and seller and is escalated, we’ll assist in mediating a fair outcome based on the evidence provided by both parties.

Refunds and Returns: There is no default returns policy. When a buyer makes a purchase, refunds may only be given in rare cases such as where the item was inaccurately described or not delivered, as part of the dispute resolution process.
7. Build a Trustworthy Reputation

Report Suspicious Activity: If you notice any suspicious behaviour, such as someone asking for personal or inappropriate information, or offering to pay outside the platform, report it immediately. We take safety and security seriously and will investigate all reports.
9. Respect Intellectual Property

No Counterfeit Goods: Selling counterfeit or fake items, including replicas of branded products, is strictly prohibited. This includes counterfeit fashion, electronics, and luxury goods. Sellers must ensure that all products they list are authentic.

10. Environmental Responsibility
